I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the (yieldforprofitTM) F&B Training that you facilitated in Moncton this past week…I'm so glad that I attended. I think the best explanation I can give you is to say that when asked upon our return "well, was it (the training) any good?"
.......I said "you know, most times when you go on a training course you come back with ideas and concepts and when you get back into the grind of things you easily fall into the routine of work life and those ideas and concepts fade. This training on the other hand was more than that. It was real tools, something that we could walk away with and without a lot of "brain time" put into effect.....kind of fill in the blanks and you're 3/4 the way there.
